We've been loyal customers for years, and every visit to Kenkyo only reaffirms how special this place is. But today, in particular, I was even more enchanted. We had dinner in the garden this week, and I brought my whole family, including my sister, who has special needs, and the service was simply impeccable.nThe attentive, sensitive, and extremely inclusive staff constantly strived to please her, respecting her unique personality, and lovingly fulfilling her every wish. This touched our hearts in a unique way!nThe food, as always, was surreal! Impeccable quality, striking flavors, and such attention to every detail.nCongratulations to the entire team and to Chef Egino, who not only manages incredible cuisine but also leads with humanity, warmth, and excellence. What a wonderful experience you provided us today. Thank you so much!nI would like to reiterate that all the staff, without exception, deserve congratulations; everyone was polite and exuding joy. Especially dear Gil, who is an incredible person, provides impeccable service, and is incredibly pleasant! May he continue to delight everyone like this.

Yeah, guys, Kenkyo was, for me, the best Japanese restaurant I'd ever been to. But from 2024 to 2025, I'm sorry to say, it declined significantly.nnThey removed items from the festival menu.nnAnd the service declined significantly. Significantly.nnIt's a shame that they still don't have tablets for customers to order.nnToday, I'm saying, I don't think it's worth it.

I went to the establishment on June 30, 2025, yesterday. The food is good quality, but the organization is very lacking. The all-you-can-eat/experience method becomes unsustainable in a crowded establishment. I find it a bit absurd that you have to work SO hard to order something, and when you do, it doesn't even arrive, or it arrives incorrectly.nnSometimes, items we'd already said we didn't want arrived, or we'd place orders that never arrived, or they took 30 or 40 minutes to arrive. I suggest they introduce tablet-based ordering; I believe it will improve service and order organization, preventing undelivered or incorrect deliveries.
