A ceviche that doesn't shout, but still commands attention.n• The chita a la sal (chickpea with salt), a work of art served with ceremony. Cooked to perfection, smooth, and delicate. We came from Spain and came to this restaurant for dinner on a recommendation.nTo say 5 stars is an understatement.nThe atmosphere is perfect, the location is wonderful, and the service, and above all, the food, is EXCELLENT.nDefinitely a place to keep in mind in Lima.
