Gin Chan is one of those places that reminds you why you love eating out.nnThere are places that feel special from the moment you walk in, and Gin Chan is just that. Small, quiet, with no noise or posturing, just good energy, attention to detail, and a chef who clearly loves what he does.nnHere you can choose the menu, but I recommend the omakase, where you'll let yourself go, and that's part of the magic. Each dish arrives at just the right moment, with ingredients that shine on their own. The nigiri are insane: they melt in your mouth and have that perfect balance between simple and sophisticated. Nothing is there by chance.nnEverything feels personal, almost as if it's being cooked just for you. And although it's a slower, more contemplative experience, it doesn't feel formal or heavy. On the contrary, it's warm, intimate, like a conversation you don't want to end.nnIf you like sake, you have to let yourself be surprised by their menu.nnIdeal for a date or a dinner where you want to eat delicious food, without rushing and with a lot of heart.

It was an excellent experience based on the excellent service from the entire staff. The quality of the food was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the visit. We mainly went to try nigiri, and the variety, quality, and flavor did not disappoint. The Wagyu was not something we planned, but it was a pleasant surprise and highly recommended.

Very fun sushi experience. Best sushi that we found in Mexico City. The owners speak English and drank with us one night to make it an awesome experience!! 10/10 would recommend. Get the salmon toro!!!
