Tucked inside an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, this Japanese restaurant was one of the most memorable parts of our honeymoon. Open only for dinner, it offered an incredibly romantic atmosphere—soft lighting, warm hospitality, and an overall sense of calm that made the experience feel truly special.nnThe service was top-notch, with kind and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely cared for. The menu is a fun fusion of Japanese and Chinese-inspired dishes, and we were pleasantly surprised by how creative and flavorful everything was. The sushi, in particular, was out of this world—fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The various combinations worked surprisingly well and added a playful twist to the meal.nnOverall, it was a joyful and intimate dining experience that exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a romantic evening, and a lovely culinary memory from our trip that we’ll never forget.

This was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive! The tataki de atún was so good I ordered it twice. Also, had great attention to detail and service.

Tucked within an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, this Japanese restaurant offers a dining experience that aligns with the typical expectations of resort cuisine—adequate but not particularly remarkable. Open exclusively for dinner, the establishment excels in service, with attentive and courteous staff ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.nnThe menu presents a fusion of Japanese and Chinese-inspired dishes, though some interpretations feel unconventional. Sushi rolls dominate the selection, but many are laden with cream cheese, which may not appeal to purists. While the main courses lack authenticity, the appetizers stand out as the meal’s highlight, offering the most well-executed flavors of the evening.nnOverall, diners should anticipate an experience on par with standard all-inclusive resort dining—enjoyable for a casual meal but unlikely to impress those seeking an authentic taste of Japanese cuisine.
