Hana Sushi Cocina Nikkei

We went with some doubts due to some comments we had read, but overall the experience was quite good. The service was good, nothing to complain about, I would even say better than we expected. The person who served us seemed a little shy, but was always friendly and attentive.nnAt first, when they brought us the cutlery, we noticed that the ramen spoon had a hair on it, but when we mentioned it they solved it immediately, changing it without problems.nnWe started with the spicy makis, which were delicious. The spiciness is intense, so if you are not very tolerant of chili, it would be good to keep that in mind. Personally I would have liked them to have a little more sauce on top, but the flavor 10/10.nnThen the gyozas arrived, with a very pretty presentation and excellent flavor. The accompanying sauce was also delicious.nnThe ramen tasted good, but unfortunately the noodles were not cooked evenly. Some were very soft, almost falling apart, and others a little raw. A detail that would be good to improve, because the broth and toppings were very good.nnFinally, we ordered the makis acevichados, which are usually one of our favorites at any restaurant, but this time they were a disappointment. The sauce did not have the characteristic flavor and instead of the classic acevichada, it seemed more like a simple and heavy mayonnaise that overshadowed everything. This took a lot away from the experience, especially considering how good the previous dishes had been.

Very delicious food

It was my favorite place for many years but the last time all the makis only had fried fish filling and the truth is that the flavor was no longer the same. I know the menu now says fish filling but in truth the quality is already too low.

One of my favorite places. The waiters are very attentive, the food is fresh and appetizing. I go once a week.

The food is good and if you arrive with a good appetite, you can eat whatever you can, Parma being the highlight.
