The food and cost ratio is really poor. The dishes are expensive but don't come with a good portion of protein.nThey're slow, the restaurant was empty, and it took almost 40 minutes to bring the dishes. The place is nice, but for the prices, you'll be disappointed because for those prices you'll find better options in Bogotá.

I ordered grilled makis but they really tasted very burnt. I gave the feedback at the time of payment and the chef only defended his dish without listening to any reason, something he could have done when the supervisor spoke with him privately. To make up for the mistake they gave us a complimentary fried ice cream, but it tasted like paper, so it didn't help much with the situation either. The presentation of the duck was nice despite everything above.

One of the worst Japanese meals I have ever had. The flavor of the lightly seasoned guiozas and with the flavor of the protein overshadowing everything. I also ordered a tempura chicken at kastuCurry. The curry was rich in flavor but the chicken breast was full of cartilage and fat, it was very difficult for me to enjoy the food. I came with a friend and she ordered a maki with smoked salmon, but the flavor was more charred than smoked, it tastes burnt. I came with high expectations due to the age of the restaurant and left disappointed, a place I will not return to.

Making a relationship between the price, the quality and the technique of the preparation of the dishes leaves a lot to be desired, I can make better sushi at home, sadly I had high expectations with the food, but they managed to disappoint me, even in the ramen a hair appeared, not to mention the sushi that showed that the fish was not fresh, something that is so important when making these preparations.nnThat's why I made the clarification of the quality with the price at the beginning, since it doesn't seem to me that for these prices they deliver such poor quality.nnThe service was good and the facilities were nice, nothing more.
