Stayed at the hotel, not really there fault that the beach sucks because of the sargassum but this restaurant is really good, weather it’s by the Japanese chef or by his sous-chef, the sushi and tempura is one of the best I’ve had.

Great atmosphere, right next to the beach, but you shouldn’t expect Japanese food/tastes. The tempura is not crispy, the wasabi is horseradish, and the rice doesn’t taste like Japanese rice at all.

I was a little scared by the reviews, but unjustifiably so. Everything went in the best possible way. The portions were just right for our appetite and the prices (obviously high for the seaside location) did not affect the final bill. We had a lovely evening, thanks to all the staff! The rice was delicious

I'll start by saying that I never review a business but these deserve it, because I'm fed up with this kind of behavior around here.nI've never had such a horrifying experience since I've been traveling around the world! Unfortunately, only in this very touristy part of Mexico do they allow themselves to treat tourists like this.nI arrive at 9:30 pm to eat something quick (sushi, not salted fish), the girl at the entrance tells me that the restaurant is packed, I convince her to let me in so I can have two nighiri.... I go in and find only three tables occupied. The waiter pretends to avoid me with a dribble but I was ready for the argument because I already imagined what he would say to me. In fact, with a slightly annoyed look, he tells me that in half an hour they would close with the complacency of the guy who made sushi behind the counter. I said goodbye to him, telling him to agree on excuses for not working and go home with the one at the entrance. I went out and simply told the guy at the front desk that few people here want to work and everyone wants to extort money from tourists with outrageous tips. Because they ask for it as if it were a collection at the local parish. The Spanish have got it all wrong. Failed. Mexico is something else, don't come here on vacation.
