We ordered three dishes: a starter, Causa with octopus. It was good octopus, but the potato lacked lemon. The causa has avocado mayonnaise, which in this case wasn't, and I could taste the flavor that a refrigerator leaves on the potato when it has been sitting for too long. The main course was a Parihuela, which in no way resembled a stewed lomo saltado. It had more onion and tomato than seafood. I didn't taste the chicha de jora or the beer. It was so thick that it seemed more like a side dish for rice than a soup, and lacked the flavor it should have.nWe ordered a lomo saltado, which seemed more like rice with very sweet teriyaki beef, nothing like a lomo saltado, which is unique for its balance of sweetness with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar, which I couldn't taste at all.nI won't return to this place again. The flavors don't match the names.
