The dishes arrived in disarray, my guest's arrived almost 10 minutes after my main course arrived, the portions are small and expensive for what they offer.

Great! High-quality local produce treated with great respect by the chef, concise and to-the-point flavors... all in a simple setting and a limited menu, served by very friendly service.nYou can taste the heart in every bite, far from the omnipresent show-off of Bogotá.

Disappointing experience.** Upon arrival, they took a long time seating us and also took a long time to take our order. Almost 30 minutes passed before our drinks arrived, and the dishes came out completely out of order: the appetizer arrived after the main course, and everything was served out of time.nnThe service was generally fine, but at the end, when we mentioned that the wait time was the biggest issue, the response was completely disastrous. Instead of offering an apology, they simply told us it was because we hadn't made a reservation. That response completely changed the perception of the experience.nnI expected much more; I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it.

It's delicious, beautifully presented, although the dishes are chipped, the portions small, and a bit pricey. The place is small but cozy. I recommend the causa and the rocoto tiradito, and the chicha morada soda.
